Products

We take great care to present our artwork as accurately as possible.

However, please note:

  • colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and devices
  • artwork appearance may differ slightly between digital previews and final printed products
  • all product descriptions and images are provided for guidance only

We reserve the right to update or discontinue products at any time.

Made-to-Order Products

Unless otherwise stated, our artwork is made to order especially for you.

This includes:

  • unframed fine art prints
  • framed fine art prints
  • stretched canvas prints

Because products are created to order, processing begins shortly after purchase.

Original Artwork

From time to time, Laura Thomas Atelier offers original one-of-a-kind artwork.

Due to the unique nature of original paintings, product descriptions, dimensions and individual details will be clearly outlined on each listing.

Please note that original artwork may differ from made-to-order print products in terms of availability, processing times, packaging and delivery arrangements.

Unless otherwise stated, original artwork is sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Where applicable, specific details relating to an individual original artwork will take precedence over these general terms.

Commissions

Laura Thomas Atelier is happy to discuss bespoke commission enquiries for original artwork.

Commission availability may vary depending on current workload, collection launches and studio commitments.

Each commission is discussed individually, and separate timelines, pricing and terms may apply depending on the nature of the project.

Submitting a commission enquiry does not guarantee acceptance.

Ordering

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order, but this does not necessarily mean your order has entered production immediately.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, product availability issues or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing

All prices are listed in the relevant store currency.

Prices may change at any time without notice.

Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties or import fees (where applicable) are not always included in displayed product prices and may be added at checkout or charged by relevant authorities.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for guidance only.

While we aim to meet stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • courier issues
  • customs processing
  • peak seasonal demand
  • events outside our reasonable control

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the UK, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply depending on local regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

As most products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect size selection
  • orders placed in error

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, branding, logos, product photography and website content remain the intellectual property of Laura Thomas Atelier, unless otherwise stated.

Artwork may not be:

  • copied
  • reproduced
  • redistributed
  • resold
  • used commercially
  • modified or republished

without prior written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to use this website:

  • for unlawful purposes
  • to interfere with website functionality
  • to attempt unauthorised access
  • to misuse content, imagery or intellectual property
  • to engage in fraudulent or harmful activity

Third-Party Services

Our website is hosted by Shopify and may integrate third-party services including payment providers, fulfilment partners, analytics platforms and marketing services.

We are not responsible for third-party platforms beyond our control.
